SCHEDULING When booking appointments, you must provide your card information. I REQUIREa $20 deposit to book which goes towards your appointment. If you NO CALL/NO SHOW this will unfortunately result in no future appointments as well as full charge of the appointment. You have at least 48 hours to notify me of any cancellations which I take a % off. LOCATION I am located at the Mission Bay Medical Plaza. Parking will be on the right side of the building. Once you enter through the gates I am on the far right corner suite 103. There is a waiting area inside, text or message me through Instagram or Text that you have arrived and I will come out and get you. PLEASE do not walk up to my door or knock, just wait in the lobby until I message you that I will be coming out to get you! if you have any questions or concerns do not hesitate to contact me! Cancellation Policy
I charge 50% cancellation fee for any cancellations within 24 hrs of the scheduled appointment. ANY no call/shows or cancellation day of your appointment (few hours before your appointment) will result to full charge unless rescheduled to a different day within that month.
